Sync and view tabs and history across devices

You can see the sites you've visited and open tabs across your computers, phones, and tablets if you sign in to Chrome.

You can do things like:

  • Continue working with tabs from your computer to your phone
  • Find a page you were looking at on your phone and see it on your computer

See the pages you visited on all your devices

By default, if you sign in to Chrome, your history is available across devices.

If you use a sync passphrase, you'll only see sites you visited on other devices if you typed their web addresses into the search bar.

  1. On your Android device, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. Make sure you're signed in.

    You aren't signed in to Chrome.

    1. Tap More More and then Settings and then Sign in to Chrome.
    2. Tap the account you want to use.
    3. Tap Continue and then OK, Got it.
    4. At the top left, tap Back Back.
