Itunes 12.7.0.166 radio stations not working

Post upgrade I am no longer able to play my previously saved radio stations or listen to new ones provided by Apple.  These are not custom stations rather searched for and found on Apple Music.  Any known issues out there?

In Music media kind, click on the Edit button next to Library heading. Add a checkmark for Internet Radio in the list that appears. Click Done.

Literally no option for that.  I even looked in restrictions in preferences and all were enabled.
