Wrong display of remaining space

My iCloud is always incorrect. It says on my device that I have used 2.5 GB of the total 5 GB free iCloud space, and iCloud is already sending E-mails saying that my iCloud is used up and my iCloud E-mail address will be “shut” from usages. I do not really use the iCloud E-mail so that do not matter. HOWEVER, the fact the used space being nearly multiplied by twice make me doubtful-I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON, AND I ASSUME APPLE DO NOT EITHER. And I hope my assumption of someone knowing what is going on will come around and answer this question.

Something to know: I was in another country-my Apple ID is American and I am currently NOT there. I am having business in the continent of Asia.
