iTunes Column Browser in Windows version

Just loaded iTunes 12.7.0.166 to two machines (Windows 10).  Now the column browser is nearly unusable,  I can turn it on or off, but I cannot resize it.  Under the new version there is only enough room for one or two items in the browser.  I used to be able to resize it and kept 7 or 8 lines there.  Don't seem to be able to resize it now as I cannot find the small two horizontal lines anywhere to drag that frame down.  Same on both computers.
