Unstable Magic Mouse Mk1 after loading my TrackPad

Hi,  I may have asked this befor but as I can't find my question this is a retry.  I have just replaced my old iMac with a new Mac Mini.  I have two Magic Mice Mk1's and a Track pad both of which worked fine on the old iMac. However when I find and connect to the TrackPad the connected mouse become very unstable and the cursor moves erratically (both mice react in the sameway). Any one got any ideas on how to overcome short of replacing them with newer units.  Thanks
