How do I change my shipping address?

Shipping address for your order can only be changed prior to your seller shipping your package. After your package has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Find your order number in "my DHgate", click "View Detail" link:


                                                                                                       



                                                                                                        


After submitting your new shipping address, the shipping address will be changed upon seller agreement.

If your order has already been shipped by your seller, it may be possible to change your shipping address by contacting your seller directly. Only the seller can change the shipping address after your order has been shipped.
