Track my package
DHgate has updated its system for you to check your orders’ logistics information online. After the seller has dispatched your order and provided the tracking number, you can sign into your account to directly track the delivery details through the “Order Detail” page. The item- tracking system works for the following shipping methods:• EMS
• CHINA POST
• UPS
• DHL
• FedEx
• TNT
• HK POST
• SINGAPORE POST
• POST LINK
Where to track the order?
On order list page, when the mouse has been putted on “Track Item”, more information will be display after you click “View Detail”.
On order details page, there is the tracking summary information under “Tracking Item”, also more information will be display after you click “View Detail”.
On the details tracking page, you may see the shipping information details. Such as shipping method, tracking number, online shipping information, and the estimated delivery time.
If there is no online shipping information with the tracking number, you may contact the seller to get more details information by “Message Seller”
