What can I do if I forgot the DHpay account password?

If you forgot the DHpay account security questions, please send your request to safetycenter@dhgate.com. To help you out as soon as possible, we strongly suggest you contact us via your registered email, and tell us your nickname or the order number in the email.

Sometimes, if you ask for resetting your DHpay account security questions, we may phone you to double check or ask the applicant for some personal information such as the proof of your billing address. Please understand that is because we need to make sure the applicant is the real DHgate account holder. Please be assured that your DHgate account and DHpay account is well- protected by DHgate. Please note that DHgate database ensures compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements.
