HELP , Problem after install Ubuntu 16.04

HI, there,  I tried to install Ubuntu entirely, but after done with it,   I can't properly use the touch pad.   i.e. I can't press and drag the window around.  I can only click , double-click, scroll etc.  

Did anyone encounter the same problem?  Or knew the answer, please let me know.   Thx a lot
