What is up with my MacBook Pro 2016 screen?

I am absolutely livid. I have had this MacBook Pro 2016 for under a month and the screen seems to be broken.

9/10 times I open the laptop or shift the screen position it turns pink (fuchsia color), with vertical lines. If I fiddle around a bit or press the hinge gently it sometimes corrects but still has flicking the right side of the screen.

I am currently traveling and this laptop was bought for me to complete my work whilst abroad. It is now becoming increasingly more difficult for me to complete my work duties due to this screen issue. The laptop has not one scratch or dent on it, I have been extremely careful with it and therefore it must be a manufacturing problem.

What is up with this apple? I have had many of your products before, and they never played up like this. Within 2 weeks of using this laptop, it began faltering and it is now making my life extremely difficult.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Looking like apple has slipped with their standards.
