how do you eject stuck disk?

I have a DVD in my video slot and it will not come out.  My old instructions no longer work,what works now in 10.11.6?

iMac 21.5"

Late 2009

3.33GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

4GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Startup Disk 10.11.4 upgraded to 10.11.6
