iCloud Safari problem??

So me and my mum have always shared an apple id and never had issues and we have recently been using icloud. When I double tap the home button it does this! I’m confused why this is happening! Please tell me how i can prevent this

That is Handoff. You can turn it off via Settings > General > Handoff. See: Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support

 

Also, even though you have always shared an ID, you may want to consider each having your own and then use Apple Family Sharing to share selected things: iCloud - Family Sharing - Apple

Sharing an ID has become less and less desirable as there is more and more focus on iCloud and other capabilities.
