How do I change my "original music library" to ...

I originally downloaded my music to a lap top I no longer use (the keyboard doesn't connect well to the tablet/laptop - it was a "3 in 1". How do I get my "original music library" to our desktop computer at home so that all of my music shows up in one "home" place?
