Saving Emails as PDFs

I'm trying to save mac mail emails as PDFs to different client folders, when I do this the title of the email is the Subject line, I would prefer to change the default title of the email to Date - Sender. Ie. 2017-09-22 - John Hamm. Suggestions?

If you use the Print Window/Save as PDF it give you an option to set the name.

Thanks for the reply. I know I can set the name manually, but that is a tedious task. I have figured out how to save as PDF using a single keystroke, but the issue is that I want the default Save As name or Title name to be the date of the email followed by the name of the sender and to have it automatically go to that instead of pulling the subject line out. The point is to save the time of having to manually enter the name.

It might be a job for Applescript, if you can get these parameters from Mail.

I looked at Mail's Applescript dictionary and I couldn't find a verb for exporting to PDF, but I could go into much detail, and I am not really an Applescript expert.
