I pad cannot receive cellular after 11.3 update

I pad purchased in 12/16 with cellular from Verizon. Worked fine until the 11. updates. Went to Apple once and Verizon store later to reset settings. But once we leave store, within a hour after turning off I pad and restarting, we again have no cellular. We can get our local router wifi, but not Verizon.Frustrating after doing resettings twice.
