Requesting my social security number to cancel ...

I received an email stating that Apple was renewing my Pandora subscription. First, I did not know I had a Pandora subscription. They did have a cancel link which was great. Then after signing in, I am asked to complete a form that asks for all of my personal information including my SSN. Then they want all of my credit card information. I do not feel it should be necessary to have all this information. I can't give out my SSN and credit card numbers!  Is this a scam?!

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond to, or otherwise act on the email.
