今天跟大家討論的是關於AI 的問題。機器到底會有多聰明呢？近年來，人工智能（Artificial intelligence）這個概念在世界範圍內廣泛傳播：任何具有感知與環境交互能力的技術設備，行為看起來像人所表現出的智能行為一樣，比如說 問題解決能力和學習能力，都可以被稱為AI。
AI技術目前在許多領域都有應用。像無人駕駛汽車，視頻遊戲，電視，個人電腦，乃至我們的手機中的個人助理都可以看到AI的影子。 其涉及到許多能力像解決問題和學習，協作，自然語言處理，社會智慧，創造等。通過這些可以把AI分成好多領域。
機器正在獲得巨大的能力，因此有人就表示是否應該製定一係列製度來管理它。
Space X和特斯拉的CEO埃隆馬斯克表示:"通常情況下，監管部門製定法規是在當一連串不良事件發生、公眾對此表示強烈的抗議後，然後經過幾年，才建立起規範."
"AI是比較特殊的情況，我認為我們需要積極主動地進行監管。 因為我覺得當我們意識到要監管AI時，那就為時已晚了。AI是人類文明存在的潛在威脅."

How intelligent are machines? Since years ago, a new principle has been spreading through the world: technological devices with the ability to perceive and interact with the environment. Artificial intelligence seems to be related in particular with that sort of "mechanisms" typical of human mind; problem solving and learning, i.e.
The technology is at the moment applied in many fields: autonomous cars, game systems, TV, personal computers, but also it is the base of personal assistants that can be found in our smartphones. Many capabilities could be involved, in particular they could be: problem solving and learning, as written, natural speech processing, social intelligence, creativity, and other things.
This as consequence of AI research divided into different subfields.
Machines are gaining a great power; some say that a crucial point is approaching, meaning that a regulation should be required.
Elon Musk, chief executive of Space X and Tesla, affirmed: “Normally the way regulations are set up is when a bunch of bad things happen, there’s a public outcry, and after many years a regulatory agency is set up to regulate that industry.
“AI is the rare case where I think we need to be proactive in regulation instead of reactive. Because I think by the time we are reactive in AI regulation, it’ll be too late,” .. “AI is a fundamental risk to the existence of human civilisation.”
