郵箱中毒，自動發垃圾郵件

近期，我的郵箱每天要收到上千封退信的垃圾郵件。我在別的電腦也改過密碼，問題依舊存在，懷疑是一個黑客盯上我的郵箱，這個黑客申請了跟我相似的郵箱: *** 因為隱私原因刪除電子郵件地址 ***. 我的郵箱是：*** 因為隱私原因刪除電子郵件地址 ***. 就差一個字母，而且他能發一下郵件很奇怪。請幫忙解決。謝謝。
