升級o365之後sharpoint裏的excel打不開，本地也不行，查了一下是excel webapp問題

the workbook cannot be opened because it contains the following features that are not supported by Excel in the browser:

-Data validation

To open this workbook your PC must have a version of Microsoft Excel installed and your Web browser must support opening files directly from Excel in the browsre
