How to repair my chs IME?

I've just upgrade to build 17063, and always meet chs IME problem.

This often happens when I type *s*. In other word, [any word]-->s-->[any word], then IME broke and can't type any words.

And this happens whenever in UWP apps or desktop exe.

I really want to know how to repair it! That's terrible!!!
