Surface dock doesn't work well after new Windows update 15063.296

I updated Windows to new version. System info shows OS version 15063.296.

I found that once I connect to surface dock, the screen flashes and go black. Then it continues to flash every a couple of seconds, as if it tries to connect to the external monitor which connects to surface dock. But the external monitor doesn't respond. The system plays the sound as it's separating from keyboard continuously. I unplug the display cable from the dock (while the dock remains connected), then the screen goes back to normal. 

I tried to connect the display cable directly to the surface book, it works well. Other devices on the dock (USB wireless connector to mouse and keyboard) work well. It seems only the external monitor doesn't work - it worked before I updated windows.

Anyone have the same issue? Any solutions?

My surface book info:

i5-6300 8G memory and 256G SSD.
