在使用sfc /scannow命令之前，請先使用dism命令。

dism/online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism/online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

建議您先嚐試清除掉更新臨時文件，之後嚐試重新檢查更新，看下安裝效果。

1. win+R後，輸入services.msc，回車

2. 停用Windows Update

3. 定位到C:\Windows\Software Distribution，把download和datastore裏的東西清掉

4. 重啟Windows Update

服務列表裏建議您留意Background Intelligent Transfer Service的情況，沒有開啟的話建議您手動開啟，啟動類型設置為自動。

不行的話嚐試在cmd下執行下麵的命令，之後重新檢查更新，看下效果。

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
pause
