kinect for windows v2 "not available" when running SDK sample

Hi, all.

I have installed kinect sdk 2.0 preview version followed by instruction, but get a "kinect not available" when running the SDK WPF sample code. the win8 64bit system shows the kinect device is connected in Device Manager, and my notebook has support on usb3.0, would you please help me to solve this "kinect not available" problem? may it be the CPU problem? my cpu is intel i5 2410.
