Windows 10更新出现0xC1900101

当前版本14393，想更新到15063，用ISO安装出错，用Windows易升出错，用Windows Update同样出错，出的都是一样的错，即0xC1900101 - 0x4000D，在MIGRATE_DATA操作过程中的SECOND_BOOT阶段安装失败。。
试了卸载显卡驱动、拔掉外设、卸载第三方安全软件都没用。。反复试了十来次了吧，各种方法都用上了。
可永远是这个错误。。
就连错误报告都是一模一样的。。下面贴上OOBE阶段的setupact.log文件，麻烦看看是什么问题，谢谢。
