Windows update failure on KB4022725

 Windows update keep updating KB4022725 with failure.Every time windows update install this KB successfully and prompt to remind me to do a restart. While when apply this update after server reboot, it pops up with "We couldn't complete the updates.Undoing changes.Don't turn off your computer".
