ios11 app store

Anyone else unable to use App Store after updating to ios11 on both iPad and iPhone 

I've 26 app needing updates.  Yesterday, I tried "Update All," but the iPhone 6s hung and I had to reboot.  After that I couldn't see the 26 needing updates.  Today (09/21/17), the list was back, so I tried the first one in the list.  The circle instead of the text "UPDATE" started spinning, but NO PROGRESS.  So, I had to "kill" again.  This time it didn't hang, so I could swipe the App Store away.  Won't try agin.  Something is definitely wrong and buggy with iOS11.  Never before, I have had to "reboot" my iPhones like with this version.
