Win10 system with random VIDEO

My computer, which is a Dell Inspiration 15 7550 with Win10 operating system, will randomly crash due to the VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR.

After this happens, the driver of GTX 960M will not be detected by the computer. I need to shut down the whole computer and start it again in order to find the driver back. (Restart doesn't work).

I checked the event log, it gave me the information like below:
