Cannot Open UWP application, not able to update or reinstall.

1. Recently, I find some UWP grey out in the metro

2. When click the apps, it will prompt that "Can not open this app. Check Windows Store for more details"

3. Open Windows Store.

There are different error code for different app.

such as 0x80073D0A, 0x80072AF9

4. I've tried to update the app or reinstall them. But both don't make sense.

I tried to download new app, the same error code will occur...

What is the problem?

How can I solve this?
