Is this a Bug in Windows 10 ? All Windows system default program

Hello Experts:

I am using Windows 10 from last year and this is a good system.   for some reason, I always use Windows Calculator / Photo View / Calendar / Clock....

But i found all these programs failed to launch from yesterday.  below is error msg:

1. Calculator - There's problem with Calculator. Contact your system administrator about repairing or reinstalling it.

2. Clock - There's problem with Clock. Contact your system administrator about repairing or reinstalling it.

..

..

And all these icon in Windows Start-All Apps are grey.   another sign is when I tried open any image (png/jpg/bmp) will got error with 'Class not registered'.

Then I went to 'Default apps', found there is an option named 'TWINUI' under photo viewer. as searched in the link 'https://www.ctrl.blog/entry/what-is-twinui' looks like here is a bug from Windows 8 ??? 

I am Windows expert but no idea about this, anybody have solution?  This issue happened in some company computers (HP/Dell).
