Surface Pro2, when updating to Build 16170, failed always....

when updating Surface Pro2 to build 16170, got the same failure always.

then rolling back to 15063.138.

Want to know weather is Surface Pro II able to be updated to build 16170 or build 16179 or not?

If yes, then how?
