win10升级失败

win10升级失败出现以下问题

1.官网下载最新版本镜像安装，出现不支持此升级路径。请关闭安装程序，然后从介质的根目录重新启动，或者返回并选取其他安装选项。

2.官网下载最新版，用Ｕ盘启动安装出现蓝屏，提示：

your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart we'll restart you

if you call a support person give them this info

stop code：Page fault in nonpaged area

what failed：wimfsf.sys
