显示器驱动程序无法启动，已改为microsoft基本显示驱动程序。

电脑屏幕驱动重启，严重影响工作。提示“显示器驱动程序无法启动，已改为microsoft基本显示驱动程序”。电脑12月份买来，一开始就出现这样的问题，忘了后来是更新了显示器驱动，还是重装了驱动，稍微好了一阵，但是今天又出现这个问题了。我应该如何处理这个问题？

The seller, who sold me PC, pointed that the reason of the error was incompatibility between the driver of the GPU and new version of Win10 that was updated. Also, he sad the error is common among the Win10 computers which have new generation of Nvidia GPUs. Actually, my PC was crashed soon after the driver error happened. Although I suspected he lied,  I found the PC indeed had updated the OS when I restarted my PC.

Please let me know if his word were believable...
