Cannot update through App Store

since updating to iOS 11.0.2, the update section of the App Store does not work on my iPad 2 or my iPhone.  Server too swamped?  Glitch in iOS?  Anyone Elsa having problem?

Have you tried restarting your device?  Press and hold both sleep/wake button and home button till you see the screen go blank and apple logo appear.  After the logo appears, release both buttons and allow the device to continue booting back up.
