Windows 10 Bad Perfomance

Hi,

My windows 10 is lag when I play minecraft. My windows 7 used to smooth even the animation and particle is on. But after upgrade to windows 10, I can only turn off all the animation and particle so that it will not drop to 1-3 fps.

Is there any method to speed up my pc?

And also my memory usage is high even I didn't open any app.
