1.在Cortana搜索框输入windows powershell，鼠标右击windows powershell以管理员运行，复制粘贴以下命令运行，

Get-AppXPackage -Name Microsoft.Windows.Cortana | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

2.到服务列表查看DHCP client服务是否是正常运行的状态，查看一下。

3.IP设置为自动获取的状态，查看一下。

4.如果使用路由器连接的网络，将路由重置，查看状态。

5.当前使用的哪个运营商的网络呢，更换其他运营商的网络查看，有线或者无线网络都可以尝试一下。

6.是否是在工作域里面或者有VPN网络代理服务，会有影响。
