Which businesses can borrow through Lending Club?

To borrow through Lending Club, a business must have $50,000 or more in annual sales. The business owner who completes the application must:

1. Own 20% or more of the business

2. Have owned the business for the last 18 months

3. Be authorized to borrow on behalf of the business

4. Be a US citizen or permanent resident, or be in the United States on valid long term visa

5. Be at least 18 years old

To qualify for an e-Credit Line, a number of factors are considered including, but not limited to business financials, business and guarantor credit profiles, and other information.
