困扰了我很久的word点击右键闪退问题

这个问题是在去年安装了最新的office 365之后才出现的，而且仅出现在安装了win7的电脑上，另一个win10的电脑上安装了同样版本的office就没有任何问题。我已经根据网上建议取消了所有组件（Add-ins），但是问题仍然存在。尤其是在我需要点击右键使用自动拼写检查建议时，就必定无响应要求重启word。我将错误信息复制下来粘贴如下（语音设置是德语，但是应该不影响关键信息的理解）。看到另一个人的提问里最后解释是系统64位装了32位的office，我想知道是否我也是这种情形，因为出错模块名称是mso40uiwin32client.dll。可是我当初从官网上下载安装包时似乎并没有选择的余地。。。如果想重新安装应该在那里选择版本呢，多谢各位大神了。
