language and format change after upload file to onedrive

we are using english to edit our excel work. but after upload it into onedrive. some setting like date format become Turkish. (we are using onedrive in Turkey). How can we fixed the excel format in English style?

For example, the date is in arabic number 6.11.17, but after in onedrive, it become Turkish. 

Another example, we use . to seperate numbers 3.5 as 3 point 5; but in Turkish, it is 3,5. We dont want to use Turkish system to avoid misunderstanding.  

How we can set up the language system in onedrive?
