Rearrange iPad app pages after iTunes 12.7 update

Is there a way to rearrange entire screens of Apps on an iPad after iTunes 12.7?

If not it is a major inconvenience…

Not that I can find.

Not quite so straightforward, but you can bundle loose apps up into a folder, the drag the folder to the new page and drag things out again. No real help if your pages are already full of folders.

I know but dragging Apps in & out of folders gets really tedious after a while
