Cannot Delete Reminders List

I'm not sure how this happened, but I have a list that I cannot Delete.  On my iOS devices, when I click on the Edit, I do not see the option of Delete List on the bottom.  All I se are options to change Color and edit Sharing.  When I view the same list in iCloud.com, I see that it is being shared for some reason.  None of my other Reminders lists are shared.  So when I click to see who I'm sharing it with, it says I'm sharing it with Me, with a green little checkmark next to it.

So I was thinking that if I can remove the sharing somehow, that I'd be able to delete it, but I don't see any option for that via iCloud.com.  Interestingly, when I click on who I'm sharing it with on iOS, I see my wife's picture and when I click on it, it shows up her contact information.  We share iCloud account.

So can this be fixed so I ultimately can delete this Reminders list?

You have family sharing enabled with your iCloud account. Family sharing means there will be at least one list shared and not delete-able. If you really want it gone, you'd have to turn off family sharing from the iCloud portion of your settings app.

This has happened to me after updating to iOS 11. Any an all new lists can no longer be deleted.

And no, I do not have family share on at all.
