my phone wont let me download nor update apps c...

My phone won't let me download nor update any apps cause it says there is a previous billing issue but I haven't purchased anything.

First check your purchase history in your account. Perhaps a recurring subscription?

If there's still an issue, you'll have to contact iTunes Store support directly.

Can you take it down or remove it
