HELLO -  i want to cancel an app subscription because installed it by mistake the app name  is secure line

First of all, please keep in mind that this is a forum, not an official support website.

You can edit your subscriptions in your iTunes Store account: open the App Store, scroll to the bottom of the Featured tab, tap on your email address, and view Apple ID. There, you’ll be able to see all your subscriptions, as well as modify or cancel any of them.

If you think you subscribed by mistake, you can contact the iTunes Store support and ask for a refund (although, I can’t guarantee you’ll get one).
