Download apps with iTunes on PC

I used to download any large-sized application using iTunes on windows 10 then I sync it with my iPhone but recently I noticed on the latest update that there's no applications on the iTunes store, only music and movies etc .., is it removed? or there's still a way to do that?

That facility has been removed in iTunes 12.7.   You now have to manage your apps thru the App Store on each device.
