Can you have notifications (sounds) go to both ...

Can you have the sounds for notifications alert on both your Apple Watch and iPhone at the same time. I prefer to hear on both devices. The only way I can figure out how to do it is to shut off wrist detection which has some negative consequences.

Normally, a notification is first sent to your Watch and, if you don’t react within about a minute, its copy appears on the iPhone.
