SCAM Email??

Hi. In the last 2 weeks I have had 2 emails saying I've purchased items through iTunes. I have not purchased anything. I have changed my password and checked my bank, thankfully no money has been taken. Are these scam emails? How do I report them please

Thanks

If they are not personalised (e.g. just 'hello', 'dear customer' etc) they are phishing emails - there are also some tips to identifying phishing emails on these pages :

If they are phishing emails you could forward them to Apple at : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete them.

I got something similar today.

Dear .........Your Apple ID ..........was used to sign in to iMessage on an iPhone 4 named “iPhone”. Date and Time: September 28, 2016, 8:23 PM PDT Operating System: iOS 7.1.2 If the information above looks familiar, you can disregard this email. If you have not recently signed in to an iPhone 4 with your Apple ID and believe someone may have accessed your account, go to Apple ID (https://appleid.apple.com) and change your password as soon as possible.Apple Support

The the weird thing is they addressed it to me and my Apple ID.  I haven't had a 4 in a long time.

I receive at least 2-3 emails a day. I have attached a screen shot of one from today. Each one looks authentic  I have never clicked on a link  I have sent most to apple but have never heard anything back  I just keep checking my iTunes account for any charges  IMG_1005.PNG
