icloud settings missing contacts, calendar line

Using iCloud to sync OUTLOOK (on my PC laptop), iphone and ipad calendars and contacts.  Seems to work fine, except for a slight delay after making an entry.  Just installed the Creator version of Windows 10 on my Desktop (i7, 16 GB, 256GB SSD+HDD) along with Office 365 and iCloud.  After successfully installing iCloud, I marked the iCloud settings page to sync email (which I don't really do), contacts and calendar.  Contacts and calendar loaded into Outlook and sync with my i devices and laptop Outlook client.  However, now, when I look at the iCloud settings dialog box on my upgraded Desktop, the email, contacts and calendar selection line does not appear.  But it does appear on my laptop. 

I assume this is not proper, unless having it on one computer is all that is needed?
