Retina Screen of MAC book PRO is scratched agai...

Dear Sirs,

I have a MAC book pro (2015 13"), its Retina Screen had been replaced by screen scratched by keyboard.

But one year was pasted, the replaced screen is still scratched.

Please show me how I can resolve this issue?
