Heart rate frequency percentage in Apple Watch

Hi!

I want to know if there is any way to see the heart rate frequency in a percentage form using the Apple Watch.

For example, instead of seeing 108bpm, I want to see 60% of total heart rate capability. I cannot find any setting to configure it.
