Hi, I was wondering if I ordered an iPad Pro on amazon and got it shipped to Australia, would there be any hardware or software differences in the device compared to if I bought it in Australia? Would I have any problems using the device in Australia if it was made in America? Are there any risks involved in doing this and would the warranty be valid?

It should not be any different provided you're talking about the Wi-Fi Only model. If it has cellular connectivity, then the warranty would be restricted to the country of purchase.
