Why is the new 3rd Gen Apple Watch only support...

I understand why Apple may wish to launch with their preferred UK mobile company, but please can you advise when the other major phone networks are likely allow the new Apple watch to share the mobile contract?

I have no intention of changing mobile supplier [from BT] just to use this very desirable feature.

I'm afraid that no-one here can tell you anything about Apple's unannounced plans or the reasons why EE is currently the only supported carrier in the UK for Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular).
